"I started training with a personal trainer at the age of 9. Over the years I have trained with a variety of trainers, each with his or her own unique style. When i was in high school most of my trainers were geared toward helping me become a stronger athlete in track and cross country. Once i stopped running, i still wanted to train as an athlete but in way that didn't involve running. I was interested in building more muscle while up keeping my overall conditioning. Over the course of the past couple of years I have tried different trainers. Most were able to maintain my conditioning, however I still wasn't obtaining the physical results that I was looking for. Once I found out that Alex became a trainer I wanted to support him. We started off as a small group which grew bigger once he transitioned to EP. I really enjoyed his style of training, and it was exactly the style of training that I fell in love with. What I really enjoyed was that everyone in the class pushed each other and were motivated to do their best. Most importantly I started to see the results that I wanted. I lost weight and built muscle. I am currently right where I want to be and motivated for more results."

"I meet Alex two years ago. Back then I was suffering from severe low back pain. The doctor's diagnosis included cortisone injections in my lower back and hip joints. I refused treatment and instead decided to heal my back with proper exercise. In time Alex help strengthen my back and helped me get rid of the lower back pain and stiffness, I can say that I'm in the best physical shape of my life. I am getting stronger and more flexible every day. I have become very committed to my workout routine, which has added balance and happiness to my life. I’m 42 years old, and never felt stronger in my life than during the time I was training with Alex; if you train with Alex, he will make you strong.
